Oyster Gallery is based in Wales, UK and all of the items on the site are priced in £ British Pounds sterling. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
All prices are correct at time of listing.
We endeavor to have all of the items displayed on the website in stock, and as far as is possible, we will state when an item is out of stock, or in low supply. However, please be aware that all orders are subject to availablity. In the rare event that an item you have ordered becomes out of stock, you will be contacted by us as soon as possible so that you can advise on how you would like to proceed. We prefer to do this by telephone, so, if possible, it is best to let us have your telephone number when ordering.
As the customer, you are responsible for checking that your order and specifications are correct when you place an order. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Payment for products is due at the time of ordering and is accepted online through PayPal. You can use all major cards via PayPal and you do not need to set up a PayPal account.
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your order and with your shopping experience with Oyster Gallery. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us upto 7 working days from the day after delivery of of the goods .We suggest you return the items to our address below, via a trackable parcel service. PLease return the goods unused and if possible in the original packaging with your full order details included in the parcel.
Please take reasonable care in returning the goods to us. Please note if the goods are not defective, misdescribed or the company is otherwise in breach of contract, then returns must be paid for by the customer. The Oyster Gallery will not be liable for credit or debit card charges and interest incured by the customers credit/debit card supplier. The value of the returned items, delivery and any deposit will be refunded to your account within 7 working days of receipt.
If your order from Oyster Gallery contains items that are damaged, or that are different from those that you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we can then arrange for a replacement or an exchange.

In order to process your order effectively, we collect some of your basic personal details, including your email. We’d never share these details with anyone else.
We may occassionally send you some information; a newsletter or details of a new product that we’re really excited about. If you receive these emails from us and would prefer not to, simply email us and we will remove your email address from our contact list.
