Delivery and Returns

Please note we only deliver within the U.K.

For N.Ireland, Scottish Islands/highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, Isles of Scilly and BFPO Overseas, please contact us first.

We’ve tried to keep our delivery charges as simple as possible; most orders can be delivered for a flat rate of £4.95 per order, with small furniture items such as mirrors and lamps being charged at £20.00. If you would like to order one of our larger items of furniture for delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the best options with you.

Our deliveries are sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery, or via a courier service. Both delivery methods offer a tracking service and will require you to sign for your item. We are happy to deliver your order to an alternative address, such as your work address, if this is better for you. Delivery time is normally 3-4 working days after payment. However please allow 7-10 working days before you contact us.

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your order and with your shopping experience with Oyster Gallery. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact is within 7 days of receipt and we will do everything we can to make things better. You will then be required to return the items to our address below, via a trackable parcel service. Returns can only be accepted if the item is unused and in it’s original packaging with your full order details included in the parcel.

We cannot accept liability for goods that are damaged or lost in transit when they are being returned to us. Please note that returns must be paid for by the customer and Oyster Gallery will not be liable for return postage charges or for credit or debit card charges and interest. The value of the returned items will be refunded to your account within 7 working days of receipt.

If your order from Oyster Gallery contains items that are damaged, or that are different from those that you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours and we can then arrange for a replacement or an exchange.
